The Dilemma
As Franz’s 75th birthday was approaching soon, he decided it was time for retirement to enjoy himself in the beaches of Jamaica with sunshine and beautiful ladies.
Franz has always secretly wished his son, Mr. Hans Hoffmann, would take over his reign and continue to inspire others to establish companies producing convenient and stylish clothes. However, being disappointed by his son’s lack of desire to succeed, Franz saw a light in his grandson, Rudy Hoffmann, a talented young man who has strong passion for business.
After finishing the RSM’s MBA programme, Rudy decided to tell his grandfather about the possibilities of financial engineering. Franz Hoffmann got excited about these opportunities and requested Rudy to investigate them in full depth. Rudy and some of his friends came with the following engineering as explained in the following chapters.
